Fig, Pear and Rocket Salad.

Combine rocket (150 g), figs (4-6), and pears (2) in a large bowl.

Add pecans (50 g) and avocado (1) if desired.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil (2 tbsp) and sherry vinegar (1-2 tbsp).

Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
